Family Therapy

Family therapy is offered in situations requiring conflict resolution between family members or to help develop behavior management techniques with a child who has demonstrated maladaptive or severely disruptive behaviors.

Sometimes family therapy is needed to help a child caught in difficult situations between feuding divorced couples or problems with a step-parent.

Family therapy is also needed at times to help with developing coping skills with a family member, who has been diagnosed with dementia, recovering from traumatic brain injury, or a family member dealing with a terminal illness.
