Disability Evaluation

PSI provides test specific and/or comprehensive disability evaluations for state agencies as well as private insurance or claims adjuster organizations. We provide disability evaluations in forensic cases seeking disability benefits. We represent ourselves as a neutral party providing objective assessment of functional status.

Organizations should contact us directly to arrange disability evaluations for their clients.

Individuals seeking disability benefits need to contact an organization or check to see if we are providers for the organization or attorney firm you are working with.
